Recruitment starts in January 2012 for September intake.

To work offshore trainees must be 18 years old at the start of the worksite placement on 26th May 2014, therefore any well-motivated individuals wishing to apply for the Scheme must be 16 years old by 26th May 2012.

Applicants from Scotland

IMPORTANT: You must have at least four Standard Grades, or equivalent, at level 3 or above in Mathematics and English and one from Physics, Chemistry or Technological Studies and any other standard grade by the start of the programme.

We will also consider your application if you do not have the Physics, Chemistry or Technological Studies requirement but do have Mathematics at Standard Grade 1 or Higher at Grade C or above and English at level 3 or above and two other Standard Grade subjects at level 3 or above.

Applicants from the rest of the UK

IMPORTANT: You must have at least four GCSE grades, or equivalent, of C or above in Mathematics and English Language and Double Science or one from Physics, Chemistry or an appropriate technological subject and any other GCSE by the start of the programme.

We will also consider your application if you do not have the Double Science, Physics, Chemistry or Technological Subject requirements but do have Mathematics at GCSE Grade A or AS at Grade C or above and English Language at GCSE Grade C or above and two other GCSE subjects at Grade C or above.
